Claudia is an accomplished luxury residential management professional with nearly a decade of experience in high-end hospitality and condominium operations throughout South Florida. Her background includes leadership roles with prestigious residential communities, including The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Continuum on South Beach, and most recently, Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove.

Throughout her career, Claudia has developed expertise in luxury property operations, project and capital improvement oversight, financial management, team leadership, and Board and resident relations. She has been involved in property enhancement and operational projects, working alongside vendors, contractors, consultants, and building teams to support successful execution while maintaining the service and operational standards expected in luxury residential environments.

Her educational background in Hospitality Business, Travel and Tourism complements her hospitality-driven leadership style and commitment to creating exceptional residential experiences. Claudia is also a licensed Community Association Manager and Real Estate professional and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian.
